Account Operations Specialist

- Act as the primary operational liaison and intermediary between Account Managers and internal departments (Legal, compliance etc.) - Manage and track internal tasks across concerned departments to ensure contract fulfillment and project onboarding - Own and organize the end-to-end partner document signature process, ensuring all contracts, and agreements are properly routed, signed - Monitor task statuses across project management tools to ensure internal teams meet SLA deadlines for partner requests - Assist in troubleshooting administrative or workflow bottlenecks that delay partner onboarding or contract execution - Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records of all active partner contracts and legal agreements - Provide regular status updates to account Managers regarding the progress of their clients' operational tasks and legal workflows - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in operational support, account management, customer support roles in IT industry - Knowledge of fluent English is mandatory - Knowledge of the iGaming and gambling industry will be considered as an advantage - Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com), and Microsoft Office tools - Strong understanding of workflow coordination and cross-departmental documentation tracking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Good time management and prioritization skills - Detail-oriented, confident and adaptive to fast paced environment
