- Contact debtors to facilitate debt collection processes - Manage and update the customer database with accurate information - Provide relevant information to debtors regarding their outstanding debts - Ensure effective and professional communication with debtors - Propose situational solutions to debtors to facilitate successful debt collection

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills - Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and confident internet usage - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Excellent command of the Armenian language (written and spoken) - Previous customer service experience is an advantage - Higher education is not required - Conscientious work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility
