- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications using Node.js - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side code - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services - Work with databases to design efficient data models and optimize queries - Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions - Implement security best practices and ensure application performance and reliability - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software development standards - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues and production incidents - Create and maintain technical documentation - Continuously research and apply new technologies and best practices

- 2+ years of professional experience in backend development - Strong experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript - Good understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and server-side development - Experience building and consuming REST APIs - Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar - Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.) - Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar - Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows - Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns - Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools
