Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with Wyndham Grand brand standards and ownership objectives - Lead annual commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews - Drive topline performance across Rooms, MICE, Events, F&B, Wellness, and Resort Experiences - Monitor and optimize KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, market share, GOP, and channel performance - Strategic Storyteller & Destination Marketer - Strong ability to shape a compelling destination narrative that attracts guests despite infrastructure constraints - Skilled in educating markets, partners, and internal stakeholders on future potential, not just current offerings - Provide strategic direction to Revenue Management and Reservations teams - Ensure pricing, yield, and inventory strategies support demand and brand positioning - Drive upselling, cross-selling, and personalized guest offers
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as DoSM with international hotel chains/resorts - A track record of success in pre-opening and grand opening hotel execution with multiple outlets - Experience launching or repositioning properties where brand awareness and demand had to be created, not assumed - Successful completion of pre-opening milestones and grand opening execution - Achievement of budgeted revenue and profitability targets - Guest satisfaction scores and online reputation metrics - Brand quality assurance audit results - Team engagement and retention rates - Market positioning and competitive set performance
