Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and inspect company equipment at retail point-of-sale locations
- Perform routine maintenance and handle emergency repairs, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on POS equipment
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and proper functioning in line with company standards
- Accurately document all service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Maintain professional communication with retail staff and store managers during site visits
- Safely operate company vehicles and support equipment transportation, relocation, and setup activities
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (Categories B) with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicle
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical)
- Good organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks
