- Secondary analysis of submitted retail loan applications, process management, decision of loan issuance - Notification of the decision of the competent authority on loan issuance to the interested units - Provision of professional assistance in the development/improvement of an automated credit assessment system (scoring system) and implementation of analyses - Provision of professional assistance to unit employees and business units in the preparation and analysis of retail loan applications - Provision of professional assistance in the development/improvement of retail business products - Provision of professional assistance in the process of developing/amending internal legal acts regulating the retail business sector - Development and management of activities aimed at increasing the efficiency of the division's activities - Ensuring compliance with the requirements of regulations, decisions and other regulatory acts adopted by the Bank's management bodies within the unit framework - Implementation of training of the Bank’s and unit staff and/or participation in the process, mentoring - Development of the methodology, internal legal acts and reporting form guidelines regulating the work of the division/participation in amendment thereof

- 2+ years of experience in the banking sector is a must - Knowledge of banking legislative and regulatory framework - Good command of English and Russian - Excel - practical knowledge - Management without formal authority: impact, mentoring, standardization
