- Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy - Drive revenue growth across all projects - Identify new business opportunities and market segments - Lead and scale the sales organization - Set sales targets and performance standards - Oversee the full sales cycle (pre-sale to closing)Oversee marketing strategy and campaigns - Work closely with marketing to ensure strong lead generation - Strengthen brand positioning in the real estate market - Define pricing strategies based on market analysis - Align product positioning with customer demand - Optimize sales mix and profitability

- 4–5+ years of experience in a senior commercial role (preferably in construction) - Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development - Proven track record of driving revenue growth - Leadership and team management experience - Strategic thinking and analytical mindset - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of Bitrix24 will be considered an advantage - Proficiency in Russian and English
