- Welcome customers and provide professional consultation regarding MAQOOR services - Receive garments and create customer orders in the system - Explain cleaning methods, pricing, delivery times, and service recommendations - Process cash and non-cash payments - Issue completed orders and ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries via phone, messaging applications, and in person - Support customers with alterations, special requests, and service recommendations

- Examine garments upon intake and identify stains, damages, fabric composition, and special care requirements - Photograph garments and document their condition - Recommend appropriate cleaning, restoration, and alteration services - Record all necessary information accurately in the system - Communicate special garment requirements to production teams - Assist with quality control and order verification before delivery - Support other departments when operationally required
