Distance sales manager

- Conduct direct sales of banking products and services - Attract new individual and legal entity clients - Present banking products based on customer needs - Provide initial financial consultation - Collect and verify customers’ documents - Participate in the preliminary assessment process of loan applications - Maintain customer data in banking systems - Fulfill sales plans and KPIs - Organize sales presentations for potential clients - Maintain banking confidentiality and data protection rules - Prepare sales reports - Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other business events for business development and networking purposes - Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor - Cooperate with other departments of the Bank

- Higher education (finance, economics, banking) - Experience in banking or financial sector – preferred - Sales and negotiation skills - Analytical thinking - Good knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of PowerPoint will be considered an advantage) - Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, good knowledge of English - Communication and organizational skills - Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively - Ability to work effectively in a team - Punctuality and sense of responsibility
