Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls
- Making outbound telephone calls
- Communicating professionally with customers in both English and Russian
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Providing information about the company’s services
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying requests, analyzing issues, and offering suitable solutions or alternatives
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of foreign languages (fluent in Russian and English)
- Higher education
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to quickly adapt and make decisions in stressful situations
- Good listening skills
- Polite and well-structured communication skills
