- Creation of potential SME customer bases - Continuous review of the current needs and sales opportunities of existing and new SME customers - Provision of advice to business clients in accordance with sales criteria set by the Bank - Active attraction of new customers - Management of relationship with existing SME customers - Analysis of loan applications, alignment with relevant units, approval in accordance with procedures, monitoring defined by procedure - Submission, implementation and monitoring of proposals aimed at enhancement of the unit efficiency - Organization of the work of immediate subordinates, distribution of responsibilities and supervision

- 3+ years of work experience and 1 year of managerial experience is desirable - Good command of Russian and English - Financial statements analysis
