- Develop & execute high-performing social media strategies aligned with brand goals - Manage and optimize social media platforms (organic & paid) - Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) - Assist in campaign structuring and audience targeting using Google Ads fundamentals - Conduct market research & consumer behavior analysis - Generate, edit, and publish daily content (organic & paid) - Create and maintain content calendars - Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights - Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and performance strategies - Brainstorm and execute creative, situational content ideas

-3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing - Strong knowledge of SMM tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) - Familiarity with social analytics & performance tracking (Google Analytics, etc.) - Understanding of email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) - Experience in Social Media Advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) - Ability to work independently & under tight deadlines - Fluent English (excellent written & verbal communication) - Creative mindset with strong content ideation skills
