- Search for and source required goods in the market and at retail points in accordance with company needs - Establish and maintain communication with suppliers, negotiate prices, and clarify cooperation terms - Organize procurement processes based on provided lists and approved requirements - Coordinate and monitor delivery processes Procurement Specialist - Track delivery timelines and product availability - Ensure timely submission of procurement-related documentation to the accounting department - Collaborate with various company departments to ensure efficient workflow

- High level of organization and strong sense of responsibility - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management is an advantage - Knowledge of foreign languages will be considered a plus - Stress resistance and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
