- Create high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, marketing visuals, motion content, and print materials - Design layouts, compositions, icons, branding elements, and promotional graphics - Develop motion graphics and animations for social media, advertising, product showcases, and digital campaigns - Animate typography, UI elements, logos, and promotional visuals when required - Work closely with the Art Director to maintain brand consistency across static and animated visuals - Use AI tools (Midjourney, NanoBanana Pro, Krea, Flux) to generate, refine, and enhance visual concepts - Prepare and export print-ready files - Collaborate with external print houses and ensure correct file formatting for offset, digital, and large-format printing - Work efficiently with deadlines and iterate quickly based on feedback

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer - Expert knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator - Experience in motion graphics and animation (After Effects or similar tools) - Ability to create clean, brand-consistent animated assets for digital platforms - Experience using AI generation tools: Midjourney, NanoBanana Pro, Krea, Flux - Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, branding, and layout design - Solid experience in print production is essential - Figma knowledge is a huge plus (component usage, layout adjustments, exporting assets) - Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
