Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document CRM/BPM requirements for core banking services, including loans, deposits, cards etc
- Refactor and streamline existing business processes for critical banking operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with customer-centric strategies
- Define and map end-to-end business workflows for loan initiation, deposit management, and card issuance/servicing.
- Evaluate and recommend CRM/BPM solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement for key banking services
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of CRM/BPM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with banking systems and compliance with industry regulations
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions tailored to banking workflows
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, functional requirements, and system workflows to ensure clarity and traceability
- Proven experience working within software development teams or as a business analyst for IT projects, demonstrating effective collaboration skills
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure and accurate data migration and system integration for banking product modules
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize CRM/BPM adoption and streamline business processes for core banking services
- General understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods to ensure seamless implementation of no-code solutions
- Monitor CRM/BPM performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, focusing on improving service delivery for loans, deposits, cards etc
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech sector
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, product development and communication skills
- Familiarity with banking products, processes, and compliance requirements
- Solid understanding of BPMN notation principles, with the ability to model business processes accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of English and Russian
