- Property valuation and revaluation, identification of property-related risks, and conducting on-site property inspections when necessary - Verification of the reliability of information related to properties accepted as collateral - Provision of conclusions on property valuation requests - Provision of conclusions on transactions involving pledged properties - Analysis of the real estate market and submission of periodic reports - Submission of proposals aimed at improving the Bank’s internal regulatory documents related to the scope of functions - Other functions as defined by the Bank’s internal regulatory documents

- Higher education, preferably technical education - At least 5 years of professional experience - Possession of a professional qualification certificate - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and/or English is desirable
