Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities through inbound and outbound activities
- Manage demo requests and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers
- Understand customer needs and clearly present Hirebee’s value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Follow up with leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Prepare pricing proposals and support deal closing
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and conversion
- Share feedback from prospects to support product improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar role
- Experience working with SaaS or software products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable running demos and handling objections
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Good written and spoken English and Russian
