Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer support operations (tickets, chats, and emails)
- Act as the main point of contact for complex or escalated customer issues
- Monitor support performance, response times, and customer satisfaction
- Create and improve internal support processes and documentation
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to report bugs and customer feedback
- Support customer onboarding and product training
- Maintain and improve the Help Center and support materials
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with customers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or customer success
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with support tools (ticketing systems, CRM, chat tools)
- Ability to handle multiple issues and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good English and Russian communication skills
