Senior Credit Risk Management Specialist

- review of analyzed credit applications and provision of conclusions - participation in the process of updating and improving the Bank’s internal regulatory acts - involvement in the development of new credit products, including defining creditworthiness assessment criteria and - providing expert opinions - participation in the development, maintenance, and testing of scoring systems - review and development of internal regulatory documents related to credit risk - monitoring of credit portfolio concentrations - calculation and supervision of the Central Bank’s prudential ratios and internal limits - research of external sources and reporting potential risks related to the Bank and/or its clients to the immediate supervisor - oversight of monitoring processes - conducting other necessary analyses related to the credit portfolio

- higher education in Economics or Finance - at least 2 years of professional experience in the banking sector (experience in lending will be considered an advantage) - strong financial analysis skills - good knowledge of creditworthiness assessment principles - knowledge of banking legislation - basic knowledge of tax legislation - good command of MS Excel - knowledge of working with SQL databases will be considered an advantage - ability to search for and analyze necessary information from external sources, including the internet - strong communication and negotiation skills - effective teamwork skills - stress resistance
