Junior SEO and Content Marketing Specialist

- Conduct keyword and competitor research to support Dexatel’s SEO and content strategy - Optimize website pages and blog articles by applying best SEO practices and relevant keywords - Perform regular SEO checks and assist with ongoing website and content improvements - Collaborate with developers and designers to implement technical and on-page SEO updates - Support YouTube content management by uploading videos, optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails in line with Dexatel’s brand and SEO goals - Track and report video performance and engagement to help refine content strategies - Research and help prepare applications for relevant industry awards that highlight Dexatel’s achievements - Create and share Dexatel-related content on selected online communities (e.g., Reddit), engage with discussions, and monitor feedback to increase brand awareness - Draft and publish short, engaging posts about Dexatel’s updates, products, and achievements, incorporating keywords, CTAs, and relevant links - Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports by collecting data and summarizing key insights on SEO and content performance

2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization - Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar - Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - A proactive, curious attitude and willingness to learn and stay updated on SEO trends
