- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, primarily interviews, usability testing, and surveys - Apply various research methods and frameworks depending on the research objectives - Actively collaborate with product teams, supporting them in achieving goals and acting as both an expert and a strategic partner - Develop recommendations to improve user experience based on research findings and participate in implementing these insights into digital products - Identify growth opportunities within products and initiate research that drives continuous improvement

- 3+ years of experience in product research, preferably in banking or fintech - Ability to plan and execute full-cycle research, with a strong focus on qualitative methods - Proficiency in customer experience analysis frameworks (CJM, JTBD, Persona Canvas, Surveys) - Strong presentation skills to confidently communicate research results and justify conclusions - Experience in recruiting B2C respondents, including gathering relevant audience data and defining target segments for projects of varying complexity - English and Russian B2 level preferable
