Radio Network Monitoring Engineer

- Control the alerting signals to be recorded - Control the accuracy of responses to all claims and problems received from Customer Care Unit - Conduct preparation and archive of operational and troubleshooting documentation for staff - Prepare problems reporting for the management (power failure, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G BTS outages, etc.) - Ensure system maintenance and operation - Prepare service quality periodical reports and statistical data for the UNOC Unit Manager

- Higher education, preferably in the sphere of Telecommunication or Computer Sciences, - At least 1 year of work experience in Telecommunication sphere - Knowledge in Telecommunication or Computer Sciences - Good computer skills (MS Office) - Good language skills (Armenian, Russian and English) - Good skills in IP network and UNIX/Linux operational systems - Skills in technologies - Ethical behavior - Time management and organizational skills - Team working and communication skills - Teamwork and cooperation skills - Ability to work with overload
