Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming customer calls and emails in professional and efficient manner
- Manage office supplies and equipment and place orders as necessary
- Meet and greet office guests and accompany them to respective hosts if necessary
- Receive and process inquires
- Printing and copying documents as needed
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
- Other verbal or written tasks assigned by the management and/ or line manager
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor degree or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Secretary/Administrator or Administrative Assistant
- Fluency in English and Russian languages, both oral and written
- Working knowledge to Microsoft Office
- Teamwork skills
- Communication skills
