- Design and implement highly available, secure, and scalable Linux infrastructures - Lead Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools - Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads (GitLab CI/CD preferred) - Define and enforce systems security standards, perform threat modeling, and oversee compliance - Implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and capacity-planning solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK) - Troubleshoot complex production incidents, conduct performance tuning, and recommend architectural improvements - Drive container orchestration strategies with Kubernetes, including cluster design, network policies, and operator management - Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers; lead technical design reviews and on-call rotations - Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to align infrastructure roadmap with business goals

- 6+ years of Linux engineering experience in high-traffic, production environments - Deep expertise in RHEL/Rocky Linux and/or Debian/Ubuntu at scale - Advanced scripting skills in Bash and Python; Go or Rust a plus - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and ecosystem (Helm, Operators) - Strong background in cluster networking (VPC, VPN, load balancers, service mesh) - Hands-on with MySQL/MariaDB administration
