Survey and Cabling Engineer

- Carry out site surveys for organization of cable and radio relay/ Wi-Fi channels as part of project implementation - Prepare cable route layouts and diagrams; collect the necessary documents for the implementation of the projects and submit them to the management for approval - Develop a work implementation plan for the construction/ installation of approved channels and a respective schedule - During the implementation of the works, organize the relations with the contractor companies and control the work progress, the perfect performance of the works within the set scope and time frames - Identify existing shortcomings during the implementation of works and suggest solutions for their further elimination - Accept the work performed by the contractors in accordance with the company's internal standards, check and accept corresponding Acts - Perform risk assessment of works and report to management - Participate in the planning and organization of the transport and fixed network infrastructure maintenance - Establish technical requirements for maintenance in accordance with applicable normative documents - Develop the network infrastructure and cabling implementation plan and respective schedule - Participate in the process of carrying out emergency and recovery work as necessary - Prepare and submit technical specifications of procurement procedures for projects implementation and purchasing of materials for conducting requests for proposals (RFP) or requests for quotations (RFQ) - Perform the technical evaluation of the proposals received from suppliers as part of the purchasing process in cooperation with subdivisions participating in the procedure - Participate in the arrangement of contract conclusion with the suppliers selected based on the purchasing procedure in cooperation with subdivisions participating in the procedure

- Higher education in the field of telecommunications, engineering or IT - Work experience in planning, construction and maintenance of fixed telecommunications networks - Excellent technical knowledge in planning, construction and maintenance of fixed telecommunications networks, knowledge of GIS software - Work organization skills in the scope of projects - Good knowledge of the Armenian, English and Russian languages - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in the shortest possible time frame - Effective communication and sound analytical skills - Effective change management skills - Skills of work planning and reporting skills
