Responsibilities
- Manage the purchasing of goods and services for all departments, including shop fittings, materials, stationery, and other administrative needs - Negotiate prices, contracts, and service terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality - Organize and oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets - Conduct market research, identify reliable local and international suppliers, and maintain strong supplier relationships - Review and authorize PRs and POs, and ensure the agreements registry is regularly updated - Manage and control the travel and accommodation of the employees through the travel coordinator
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business administration or economics - Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement - Advanced English language skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent negotiation skills
