Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the iGaming sector
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators, platforms, and key partners
- Lead the full business development cycle — from prospecting and outreach to deal closure and post-sale collaboration
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities
- Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client success
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Track business performance, report results, and suggest process improvements to management
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the iGaming industry (B2B experience required)
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and closing high-value deals
- Excellent understanding of iGaming products, platforms, and industry trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with strategic thinking and commercial awareness
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
