Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies for Armenia and international markets (Georgia, CIS, Gulf countries)
- Team Management: Lead and expand a growing sales team, including sales managers and account executives
- Process Optimization: Implement effective sales processes and CRM-based workflows to maximize efficiency
- Business Development: Drive collaboration with key accounts, partners, and enterprise clients
- Market Expansion: Lead sales initiatives to successfully penetrate new markets
- Revenue Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and build accurate revenue projections
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure demand generation and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership (preferably with international exposure)
- Strong experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Proven record of scaling sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
- Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian languages
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
