Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (CBA, SRC, payment systems, vendors)
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
- Support the rollout of digital and process improvement initiatives aligned with the Bank’s strategy
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in regulatory, digital, or operational transformation projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
