Responsibilities
- Receive and log customer support tickets, including complaints, inquiries, and service requests submitted through Jira or other channels - Categorize complaints based on type, urgency, and product area - Assign and escalate tickets to appropriate technical, quality, or after-sales teams based on issue type and urgency - Track progress of open tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed service levels - Ensure complaint records are updated with investigation results, corrective actions, and closure notes - Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and gather additional information as needed - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, sales) to resolve customer issues - Maintain a centralized view of all open/closed complaints and generate regular status reports - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions - Generate and distribute reports on support metrics, ticket trends, and customer feedback - Identify recurring issues and collaborate with quality and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement - Support the development and maintenance of a knowledge base and FAQs to improve self-service options - Participate in process improvement initiatives and help optimize support workflows and Jira usage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required - 2+ years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or quality roles, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment - Proficiency in Jira or other ticketing/workflow management systems - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail - Multitasking and prioritization - Problem-solving and escalation management - Team collaboration and coordination - Reporting and data analysis
