Senior Digital Channels Analyst

- Establish and manage the full setup of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Google Tag Manager, Big Query, etc.) - Develop and maintain dashboards to track acquisition performance, user traffic, and conversion funnels - Analyze customer behavior across digital channels to identify growth opportunities and optimize user journeys - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to define KPIs and monitor digital campaign performance - Provide actionable insights on digital traffic, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates - Ensure proper tracking and tagging implementation for all marketing campaigns (UTMs, pixels, events, etc.) - Support A/B testing initiatives and recommend data-based improvements - Prepare regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations for management - Continuously research and propose new analytical tools or methods to improve accuracy and efficiency

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital analytics or acquisition performance roles, preferably within banking or fintech - Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Yandex Metrica, and Google Tag Manager - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) - Good understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, display, social media, etc.) - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail - Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Proactive attitude toward building efficient, data-driven processes - Business skills and personal qualities - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities - Teamwork and effective communication skills - Detail-oriented - Determination - Ability to solve issues in unusual situations
