Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize meetings, forums, and committees related to architecture (e.g., Architecture Committee, domain-specific forums) - Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation in collaboration with architects and the Head of Enterprise Architecture - Record and distribute minutes, notes, and decisions; ensure follow-ups and actions are completed and reported - Maintain the calendar of governance events, ensuring proper scheduling, quorum, and information flow
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or related field. (not mandatory) - 2-3 years of experience in coordination, executive assistant, governance, or PMO roles - Experience with (Confluence, Notion, Jira, MS Office/Google Workspace) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools - Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and IT frameworks (COBIT, ITIL) is a plus - Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and diverse teams - Excellent document management and presentation preparation skills - Openness to learn about architecture and technology governance processes - Structured and calm under pressure; able to manage sensitive or high-stakes discussions - Collaborative and respectful communicator, capable of building trust across different levels of - Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English (written/spoken)
