Inventory Control Team Supervisor

- Supervise the inventory control team to ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and management of stock levels - Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize discrepancies and improve efficiency - Monitor stock movements, ensuring timely replenishment and preventing stock shortages or overstocking - Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in stock management - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards regarding inventory management - Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow - Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy in stock records - Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and generate reports for management - Resolve inventory-related issues, discrepancies, and inefficiencies by implementing corrective actions - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code

- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, stock control, and supply chain processes - Experience in leading and managing an inventory team - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle inventory discrepancies and process improvements - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee multiple inventory processes - Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams - Fluency in Armenian and English is mandatory - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration - At least 4-5 years of experience in inventory control, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role - Proficiency in Inventory Management Software such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
