- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation using RPA and AI technologies - Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI agent platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, LangChain) - Build autonomous, goal-driven AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and orchestrating multi-step workflows - Integrate intelligent automation with APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party services

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field or currently enrolled students in these disciplines - Exposure or hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus - Experience with UiPath technology is highly desirable - Proficiency or basic experience in one or more programming languages (Python, C#, C++, Java) - Familiarity with agentic AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google AI, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain - Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts is a plus - Familiarity with banking concepts is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
