- Analyze, design and implement custom software solutions and features - Customize existing solutions based on client needs and requests - Configure existing solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces - Collaborate with the IT and Development team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues - Provide end-user training and support, demo new implementations - Document software processes and prepare progress reports

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business Administration/ Finance - A minimum of 1 year experience in relevant field - Basic knowledge of SQL language  - Fluency in English - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills
