IT Project Manager

- Ability to create technical documentation - Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of new product and technology projects including, but not limited to defining measures of success - Track and communicate project status, including monitoring, evaluating, and adjusting project schedules on an ongoing basis; manage scope changes and issues, take corrective action as necessary; identify, assess, and mitigate project risks - Build and lead effective cross-functional project teams, identify individual and team skills necessary to enhance project performance - Identify and request appropriate resources from business - Manage conflicts within the team, provide ongoing feedback, and evaluate achievements - Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify and execute opportunities for continual process improvement in the product development processes - Develop full-scale project plans and their related schedules/timelines - Generate project status reports, project review materials, and project metrics - Execute and maintain project management processes and project plans in an agile environment; own and maintain product specification document

- Knowledge of Agile management practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) - Familiarity with User Testing, A/B testing, etc. - Familiarity with Prototyping tools: Figma, Invision, Balsamiq Mockup - Familiarity with task management tools (Azure, Jira...) - Strong analytical, communication and negotiation and leadership skills - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask - Time and scope management - Conflict resolution - Excellent verbal and written Russian communication - Good verbal and written English communication
