Responsibilities
- Organize, manage and control the work of the F&B department in accordance with the approved standards and guidelines within the budget of the organization
- Ensure the proper quality of services provided to guests
- Identify the needs of guests and actively respond to all the questions they have raised
- Oversee the work of the employees in F&B department, ensuring the quality of service in accordance with the approved standards
- Participate in the process of compiling a competitive menu together with the Chef
- Develop and implement employee motivation programs together with the HR department, develop the team spirit of the employees, creating a good working environment
- Define targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures aimed at improving the quality of the F&B department, evaluate the work of the employees and conduct trainings for team’s development
- Prepare and submit reports on the sales and performance results of the department
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of F&B experience and at least 2 year of leadership role
- Hotel experience will be a big advantage
- Ability and willingness to coach and lead the team
- Excellent organizational and training skills
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
