Senior Business Analyst / Internet Banking

- Engage with stakeholders to capture and document business needs - Work with technical teams to design and enhance Internet Banking features for legal entities - Analyze usage patterns and generate reports to drive improvements - Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing - Ensure solutions meet regulatory standards and manage risks

- Higher education is required, preferably in economics, law, or a technical field - At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field in the fintech sector - Familiarity with corporate and legal entity banking products, software, or integrations is mandatory - Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Ability to document requirements, workflows, and business processes clearly and concisely - Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools is an advantage - Basic understanding of APIs and integration processes would be beneficial - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent proficiency in Armenian; good proficiency in Russian and English
