Senior Business Analyst / Mobile Banking

- Engage with stakeholders and business clients to capture and document mobile banking requirements - Work with design and development teams to enhance mobile banking features for legal entities (approvals, transactions, dashboards, payments, FX, notifications) - Analyze mobile usage data and propose improvements for performance and customer satisfaction - Develop and execute test plans, including mobile-specific UAT - Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and security standards (e.g., authentication, OTP, biometrics) - Stay up to date with trends in mobile fintech solutions and suggest innovative features for corporate clients

- Higher education is required, preferably in economics, law, or a technical field - At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field in the fintech sector - Familiarity with corporate banking products and mobile applications is mandatory - Strong knowledge of mobile user journeys and UX principles - Experience with mobile authentication methods (biometric verification, OTP, push notifications) - Ability to document workflows, requirements, and processes clearly - Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools is an advantage - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent proficiency in Armenian; good proficiency in Russian and English
