Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process all deliveries and packages, ensuring accuracy against invoices and receiving reports - Label and stage merchandise by department for appropriate distribution - Safely store and deliver goods to designated departments - Track inventory, maintain receiving logs, and prepare related reports - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper documentation and communication - Follow safety standards, hazardous material guidelines, and security protocols for the receiving area - Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality - Assist guests with package handling in a friendly and professional manner - Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with Excel - No prior experience required; training will be provided - Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work in various physical conditions (e.g., stairs, ramps, confined spaces) - Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a positive team attitude
