Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls: Answer all incoming customer calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Making outbound calls: Actively follow up on customer inquiries through outbound calls and build stronger relationships with them
Organizing meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and sales team members to secure property bookings
Managing and recording inquiries: Accurately record and track all customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient responses
- Maintaining constant communication with clients: Stay in regular contact with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback for continuous improvement, and show care and attention
- Developing and updating the customer database: Continuously update and expand the customer database to improve engagement and retention
- Preparing and presenting reports: Prepare and present regular reports in the established format, providing insights and updates on customer engagement activities
- Conducting regular market research: Conduct regular research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer engagement or customer service
- Experience in telephone sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally
- Experience using CRM systems and other customer management tools is an advantage
