Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace
- Maintain the condition of the office and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR (e.g., workstations, welcome packs)
- Support the organization of company events, team-building activities, and seasonal or staff celebrations
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and office packages
- Manage office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and equipment
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing prompt and professional support
- Establish and manage cooperation with travel agencies and vendors
- Coordinate business trips and travel logistics
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience using any design tool (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe tools) is a plus
