Finance Operations Manager

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and month-end close processes in Holding companies - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating financial risks - Develop policies and procedures for month-end close - Develop and implement financial controls - Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements - Understand month-end close process flows, upstream and downstream dependencies - Review and challenge existing processes, standardize accounting processes and timelines across entities and business segments - Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline financial processes, driving efficiency gains and achieving faster close of accounting books - Work with product engineers on technical specifications to integrate process flows into task management applications - Lead the implementation of new financial systems and technologies - Manage relationships with stakeholders - Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making - Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies, aligning financial operations with overall business goals

- Bachelor’s degree in a Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline - Professional qualification such as ACCA or equivalent is a plus - 3+ years of relevant professional experience - Up to date technical skills and most recent industry developments - Strong understanding of IFRS standards - Structured thinking and reasoning mindset - Experience in financial services, Big4 accounting firms and/or Tech industry - Highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines - Strong English knowledge
