- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services using .NET (C#) - Build event-driven applications with Kafka Work with various data storage technologies: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server - Integrate and manage Redis for caching and performance optimization - Ensure multi-tenant system architecture and data isolation is implemented correctly - Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery - Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize services in production - Write clean, testable code following SOLID principles and industry best practices

- 3+ years of backend development experience with .NET / C# - Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices - Experience with SPA proxy and BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) architecture with .NET - Experience with Kafka for messaging/event streaming - Hands-on experience with Redis and caching strategies - Knowledge of multi-tenant architecture patterns - Practical experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server - Strong understanding and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.) - Experience deploying and maintaining services in Azure (mandatory) - Experience with DDD, CQRS, or event sourcing patterns - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus - Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform is a plus - Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Data Dog etc.) is a plus
