Responsibilities
- Explaining the functionality of the application and solving technical problems that arise
- Providing a high level of technical support for application users
- Maintaining a log of customer requests and appeals, analyzing feedback
- Providing information to customers about new features, updates and changes to the application
- Preparation of reports on project implementation and technical support to clients
- Provide regular reviews and reports to management on the current status of projects and client activity
- Interaction with various functional departments in the company to effectively solve problems
- Implementation of appropriate changes in the system during promotions
- Participation in planning, organizing and monitoring the progress of various projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, account management, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field like Business, Sales, or Data
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Russian
- Thorough understanding of business objectives and customer service standards
- Familiarity with the company's products, services, and overall business
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail, committed to continuous improvement
- Proficient in project management methodology, capable of issue identification and resolution, and risk management
- Ability to efficiently organize and oversee multiple company initiatives, fostering collaboration among team members
