Corporate Banking Vice President, Trade Sector

- Act as high-level contact person for the customers of Trade sector - Develop current relationship with existing customers of Trade sector - Communicate with Trade sector customers and resolve their key banking issues - Identify the development opportunities of the existing customer base and manage potential cross-selling deals in Trade sector - Analyze business development opportunities, possible areas for new projects and cooperation initiatives in Trade sector and present recommendations - Lead and manage business development initiatives and new directions in Trade sector lending - Develop, manage and coordinate projects related to products and propositions in Trade sector lending - Ensure implementation of lending and Trade sector loan portfolio growth, benchmark structure and quality - Coordinate Trade sector loan portfolio maintenance and management processes - Participate in NPL case management and Trade sector loan restructuring - Ensure communication and cooperation with Trade sector community, where required, represent the bank in business events, meetings related to Trade sector

- Ambitious professional with a university degree in finance, business administration, economics or other related field - 5-10 years of experience in banking or finance sectors - Strong entrepreneurial skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work in stressful environment, to meet tough deadlines and to see urgency of matters - Demonstrated broad knowledge of services industry and current trends, in-depth understanding of the ways to develop and support corporate banking business - Creative thinking, ability to seek innovative solutions and make clear-cut decisions - Good understanding of business development principles - Demonstrated independent leadership in strategic and/or technology projects - Analytical skills, ability to assess and address problems - Proven leadership skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
