Responsibilities
Define and drive the HR analytics strategy aligned with overall business goals. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify key workforce challenges that can be addressed through data. Oversee the collection, integrity, and governance of HR data across all platforms and systems. Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models for areas such as attrition, performance, diversity, and hiring effectiveness. Design and deliver insightful, actionable reports and presentations to senior leadership. Lead initiatives to embed analytics into HR processes and decision-making. Develop standardized reporting frameworks to ensure consistency across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, HR Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or related fields. Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Power Bi) and data visualization platforms. Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and talent metrics. Proven experience turning complex data into clear business recommendations. Excellent skill English and Armenian languages.
