Senior QA Engineer (Mobile Games)

- Take ownership of QA for mobile game features, updates, and live events - Plan and execute functional, exploratory, and performance testing across multiple devices and OS versions - Test real-time game systems, UI flows, gameplay logic, and new integrated features - Understand game behavior end-to-end — from UI edge cases to gameplay logic to how the client communicates with backend architecture - Monitor crash rates and ANR reports across devices and help isolate causes using logs, reproduction steps, and backend signals - Collaborate with engineers, game designers, and producers to define test strategies and prevent bugs early - Contribute to automation and CI/CD strategy over time — including proposing tooling and test coverage - You take initiative, raise the bar for quality, and help others do the same — with or without a formal leadership title

- 4+ years of QA experience, ideally including mobile platforms - Strong knowledge of mobile QA workflows: device coverage, crash analysis, and gameplay testing - Familiar with API testing, performance/debugging tools, and build delivery systems (TestFlight, internal release pipelines) - Able to read and reason through logs across client and backend — understanding how features are implemented, where issues may surface, and how to support debugging effectively - Strong communication — clear bug reports, thoughtful risk assessments, and constructive team feedback - You’re organized, independent, and confident owning quality for a product or feature - Help build better QA structure: test plans, documentation, regression flows, and release validation - Strong understanding of product impact — able to prioritize bugs based on player experience, business value, and technical risk
