Responsibilities
- Maintain the company’s Corporate Information Systems (CIS)
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot mail servers and email services
- Set up and maintain an automated call response system for handling incoming calls efficiently
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data backups and system updates are performed regularly
- Support in managing user accounts, access rights, and security policies
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet IT-related needs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in CIS administration and mail server management
- Experience with automated telephony systems
- Familiarity with email protocols and server tools
- Strong understanding of networking, data security, and user support
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in Armenian, working knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
