- Design and implement end-to-end data architecture, including data pipelines, models, and integrations across systems - Develop and enforce standards for data modeling, metadata, and data governance - Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, product, and compliance teams to deliver scalable data solutions - Build and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time processing frameworks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Kafka) - Define and implement best practices for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS) - Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve data reliability and performance - Document data flows, data dictionaries, and architecture diagrams for internal and external use - Monitor data infrastructure performance and troubleshoot data-related issues across environments - Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy - Mentor and guide data engineers and analysts in best practices for data design and usage

- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles - Strong proficiency in data modeling (OLAP/OLTP), data warehousing, and big data technologies - Deep experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) - Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and tools like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks - Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., dbt, Apache Airflow, Fivetran) - Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management practices - Familiarity with data security and privacy frameworks relevant to fintech (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, PCI) - Prior experience in a fintech or regulated financial services environment experience with real-time streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, Kinesis) - Knowledge of AI/ML data infrastructure or analytics platforms - Experience leading data modernization or digital transformation initiatives - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
